    What is shea butter?

    Shea butter is a smooth, fatty cream extracted from nuts from the African shea tree. It contains a naturally high concentration of vitamins A, E and F, and has powerful healing, moisturising and regenerating properties for skin.

    Shea butter is a great ingredient, nourishing for skin. There are quite a few skincare and lip products that have shea butter in them.

    I've had a few products with shea butter. I really is luxurious and very moisturizing and hydrating. I didn't realise there were so many products out there with it in. I will be on the lookout for them.
