Four ways caffeine can be good for you

Are you a major caffeine addict, unable to start your day without some latte lovin’? Or maybe you can’t stand the stuff, preferring to steer clear of caffeine altogether? Well, regardless of what side of the fence you sit on, you’re about to learn a few secrets about caffeine that may help boost its image. Here, we have the beauty and body bonuses of caffeine, where you’ll find it and how it’s made its way into our favourite beauty products.
1) It helps banish dark circles
If bags under your eyes are not the most welcome wake-up call, then Garnier Youthful Radiance Caffeine Eye Roll-On is your saviour! Using caffeine’s anti-inflammatory components, this wonder product will have you saying goodbye to dark, puffy eyes and hello to a brighter morning.
2) It’s great for firming skin
So you say ageing is not your thing? Well, we have the products to prevent it (or at least slow those wrinkles down). Caffeine is known to help stimulate your circulation as well as assist with the body’s natural cell renewal process, so it’s perfect for anti-ageing and anti-cellulite products. We love: Priori CoffeeBerry Brightening Facial Complex and Elixia BodyShaper Cellulite Contour Crème.
3) It has hidden health benefits
With caffeine such a big part of our daily lives, there have been a bunch of studies conducted to discover both the good and bad side effects it has on us. Fortunately for all us coffee drinkers, a large portion of the findings has been positive. Recent studies have shown that coffee reduces your risk of depression, cancer and cardiovascular disease, while an Australian study showed for every cup drunk each day there was a seven per cent drop in the odds of having diabetes.
4) It helps perk up your complexion
Are you searching for a way to combine your daily make-up routine and your anti-ageing remedies? Well, now you have caffeine to thank for making the whole process a little bit easier. We’ve found a few of our favourite foundations that incorporate caffeine to prevent things like irritation and inflammation while stimulating your senses and keeping your skin spritely! We love: Maybelline New York Instant Age Rewind Foundation and Clinique Anti-Blemish Solutions Liquid Makeup.

Frank Body Scrub is great! Am too lazy to use it on the body, although I found it worked really well on the bumps on my arms. I mainly use it as a face mask and it brightens the skin incredibly.

I like coffee but find it dehydrating and I don't want to become addicted to caffeine so i don't drink it. I do like using beauty products with Caffeine in them , I've used the Garnier eye roll on and have used products to firm the skin which contain caffeine.

I love anything that can help with cellulite! I've always been a tea drinker but really liked coffee too. Unfortunately in recent years I've developed an intolerance to it and it gives me dreadful nausea and headaches if I drink it
