Wake Me Up Anti-Fatigue Foundation SPF 20 Reviews

This foundation which contains Vitamin C, SPF 20 as well as some hella beautiful radiance pearls mixed inside it! It comes in six shade varieties - (Ivory, True Ivory, Soft Beige, Classic Beige, True Nude and Natural Beige), an easy to use pump style clear glass bottle and promises a radiant glow to the skin making it appear more awake and anti-fatigued.

The formula is a good consistency being not too thick now runny. It just sits on the back of my hand when I pump it out and doesn't drip or begin running down my arm before I can get a makeup brush onto it! It blends easily and smooth on my skin. It covers my pores, however not my larger ones and you can still see a little acne scaring after application. So I would say this foundation gives about a medium coverage. It does look super flattering, natural and dewy though and does an impressive job at lasting all day! Honestly, this is one of the best foundations I have found in terms of being long lasting. It stays put amazingly well even on my longer 7am-5pm work days.

This is hands down my new favourite foundation and I have already finished the bottle and dying to re-purchase it very soon! Can;t recommend it highly enough!

I recently purchased this product after a freind recommended it to me. and I've not looked back.
The texture is amazing as is the coverage.
I also purchased the concealer and they work great together and give all day coverage with an SPF as well.
The range of tones it comes in, in both the foundation and the concealer is great and it was easy to get a really good match with it.

I used to obsess over this foundation. I used to think it was the bomb and in some ways, I still think this. However, after trying other foundations, I've discovered that the grass is greener on the other side in some ways.

This foundation is a great option for a first foundation. It's also really good for those who enjoy a slight glow to their makeup and enjoy something a little light to medium in coverage. I think this foundation would be amazing in summer, personally.

I find that it lasts a reasonable amount of time on my skin and it applied evenly. It doesn't catch TOO much on my dry skin, but that's not to say that it doesn't at all. It feels quite light on my skin, but if I don't wash it off after a few hours, it tends to make me break out a bit more than my other foundations.

However, I detest the glitter in this foundation. Although its not all that bad, by the end of the day, this foundation leaves glitter on your face even when the foundation itself have faded/rubbed off (this happens to me with all foundations, this isn't a reflection of the quality of this particular foundation). I feel like there are a few similar foundations out there that don't have the glitter (although, all of those seem to be a few dollars more expensive)

I also find the shade range of this foundation to be a little bit on the orange side. I struggled to find a shade that suited me and even though my skin is a little darker, I had to get the second lightest shade to avoid the orangey vibes.

Overall, I think if you overlook the glitter and can find the right shade for you, this foundation is a fantastic foundation for the price. I think it's worth giving a try, if you haven't tried it yet.

I dont wear foundation very often as I usually find a bb cream does the job. When I do it is usually becauae i am tired and looking a bit dull and worse for wear. If thats the case, this foundation is too the rescue. It really does give you an awake fresh look to fake a good night sleep. I team it up with the matching concealer and it works beautifully. My only criticism is it could do with a wider shade range, as they only seem to sell it for very pasty girls

I have to admit that I don't always have the luxury of sleeping 8hrs every night. When this happens I wake up with dark circles under my eyes and tired skin. (Annoying!) Luckily I discovered that Wake Me Up foundation is my best friend when this happens. It immediately gives my skin a natural glow, leaving it fresh and dewy all day. The packaging says that it has vitamin C in it, which helps to brighten my skin. I would describe it as medium coverage.It covers imperfections without being too heavy. A great product!

I really dislike this foundation a lot. I've tried it when my skin is super dry, slightly dry and combination, and it never worked for me. First of all, it feels SUPER greasy and heavy on the skin. Honestly, the name is completely deceiving, because I would NOT want to put this foundation on my face to "wake me up", because I literally want to wash it off the second I put it on. It made my skin look and feel oily even when my skin was super dry, and I believe that has something to do with the insane amount of GLITTER in this foundation. The glitter isn't even subtle, it's extremely noticeable, especially in the sun. Aside from that, I found the colour selection to be terrible. The lightest shade is actually way too dark for me and I'm an nc 15-20.

I had read so many good reviews about this foundation I decided I just had to try it for myself. I was a little skeptical at first because once I started applying it with a beauty blender it seemed very runny and I needed a lot to cover a small area. But once I applied and then brushed some matte foundation over, it was great.

It gives a very dewy, fresh look.

This foundation applies well but I found the 'glitter' pigments to be a bit much in the sunlight for every day wear. I also found that my skin became quite oily looking after a few hours of wearing this foundation so it might be better for those with dryer skin types.

The packaging is nice and I like the pump pack. I couldn't discern the fragrance but it was light and not overpowering.

I found that it was buildable but doing so increases the glitter factor so just be aware of that.

It doesn't have tremendous staying power.

I have tried many drugstore foundations.
This foundation is defiantly my favourite. The colour is a perfect match for my skin tone. This foundation comes on to the skin nicely and gives a flawless look. This foundation covers my face but I would still say its a light to medium foundation.
I am already up to my second bottle and for the price its very worth it!
