I do make my own scrubs...sugar or salt as a base, or ground coffee, some EOils, a base oil (coconut or cold pressed almond) cacao...yum

I did over scrub, it dried my hands out. Scrubs are awesome when done less often

You do have to be careful not to scrub the skin off, however light gentle strokes does help with the dry flaky skin and helps to keep your hands nice and smooth. :)

I'd like to try baking soda as a scrub. My hands are so dry I'm afraid to use a harsh scrub.
