Hand scrub tips & tricks

Need soft, clean hands? Try a hand scrub! Just use this simple tip to find the one that’s right for you:
Sensitive hands: opt for sugar scrubs – they have small, gentle particles that dissolve readily in hot water so they’re not too abrasive for fragile skin
Really dry or cracked hands: try a sea salt scrub – sea salt crystals are large and rough, so they’re great for penetrating really tough skin
For regular hand care: if you want a daily scrub that won’t leave your hands raw, give them a quick scrub with your regular face exfoliator – the beads will be gentle enough to use on hands daily without doing damage.

Also great to get eg gardening hands clean is a lemon scrub. I often squeeze a lemon and turn that into a drink and use the leftover to thoroughly cleanse my hands, rubbing the skin of the lemon into every corner and every finger and knuckle. Also great for softening knees and elbows. Make sure you don't have any cuts on the skin or it will sting. This also gets your fingernails clean.
If you want to turn your lemon into a scrub, add some salt or sugar to the hollowed out lemon. Also works if you add a dash of honey.

I need to try a hand scrub one day, when I get the courage to. I've heard that baking soda can work.
