Rimmel recruits some new faces
If Kate Moss, Georgia May Jagger and Coco Rochas weren’t enough to have us rummaging the racks for as many Rimmel goodies as we could possibly get our paws on, they’ve just gone and recruited three of the biggest up-and-comers in film, music and fashion to join the affluent list of ambassadors for the London-born brand.
Zooey Deschanel is a face you may remember from indie tearjerker (500) Days of Summer, where we all fell in love with her wide-eyed stare and innocent sweetness. She is one of the most sought after young actresses in Hollywood and is a perfect milky-skinned addition to the Rimmel London family.
Baby sister of Beyonce, Solange Knowles, is a gifted singer-songwriter, dancer and deejay, and now she can add ‘ambassador of cult make-up brand Rimmel London’ to her extensive list of talents. Solange comments, “I’ve always loved make-up because it allows me to express my personality and style.”
Puerto Rican model, Alejandra Ramos Munoz, is a natural, authentic beauty and has been described as a rising star of the fashion world. Munoz was actually discovered by Rimmel London when she won a modelling competition sponsored by the brand. Obviously she was too perfect for the brand’s image, as they haven’t let her go since.
Great, looks as though saving this month’s salary is out the window - something tells me Rimmel’s new ad campaigns will be far too tempting to ignore…
