Teeth whitening products we’re obsessed with

As some of you may know, I recently started Invisalign treatment and I’ve become obsessed with my teeth. Since the process began, I’ve become religious about looking after my chompers so that when I finish Invisalign treatment, my teeth will be straight and truly amazing.

It’s not recommended to undergo professional teeth whitening while doing Invisalign so instead I’ve been choosing everyday dental hygiene products that just happend to offer whitening benefits – and after a few months, I’ve found some amazing teeth whitening products. Read for reviews of my favourites…
Colgate Optic White® High Impact White™ Toothpaste
Now that I’m doing Invisalign treatment, I brush my teeth after each meal before putting my aligners back in – so a good toothpaste with whitening properties is really beneficial! Out of all the toothpastes I’ve tried, I’ve noticed the biggest difference with the Colgate Optic White® High Impact White™ Toothpaste. It boasts that you’ll be able to see visible whitening results, with teeth four shades whiter after brushing twice daily for six weeks, and I’ll back those claims. My teeth are definitely loads brighter after using this toothpaste and it also works to fight plaque, tartar and cavities! A regular on my supermarket shopping list.
LISTERINE® Bright White
I’ve only recently gotten into mouthwashes, having always found them too intense or strong for my liking. But then I tried LISTERINE® Bright White, which is supposed to provide two times more whitening than just brushing alone after two weeks. It has a unique lemon and salt flavour which is meant to help lift stubborn teeth stains while also preventing future ones. I find it to be gentle on my mouth but still super effective and it also contains fluoride to keep my teeth enamel strong. Nothing makes my mouth feel cleaner than this product!
Oral-B GENIUS Rose Gold
I fell in love with this chic toothbrush last year and I’ve never looked back. It was the first electric toothbrush I’d ever owned and I couldn’t believe the job it did on my mouth – where had I been all those years, scrubbing away at my teeth manually like a chump?! The super-smart toothbrush connects to an app that lets me brush according to my biggest teeth concern – which for me is whitening, so I select the Whitening mode. There’s also a special brush head that polishes the teeth specifically for whitening, so when I use that in conjunction with the app, my teeth get seriously gleaming in no time. I honestly don’t know what I did before I had this toothbrush in my life! Plus it’s rose gold so it fits right in to my beauty cabinet. Watch the video below to find out more about it.

I've got that colgate one in recent goody bag. Tastes bitter and heats up in the mouth. Very uncomfortable and I make sure to rinse well and scrape the tongue well also. The stuff is yuck! Definitely not repurchasing.

That would be great Susmat. It's so hard when your teeth are sensitive.

I certainly agree. I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth but would like them to be whiter, less stained looking.

That toothbrush looks lovely.
I have tried the Optic white toothbrush and it seems to help but I am not into constantly using whitening products as I am scared they will make my teeth sensitive.

I ordered whitening toothpaste from the beautorium and can't wait to start my experiment. Even if these vanity carvings are the result of watching lot's of American programs, snow white teeth are very beautiful. I hope these treatments won't make my teeth super sensative
