Look good, exercise better
Don’t know about you beauties, but I always feel more inspired to exercise if I know I look the part. I feel way better (and so much more the ‘fitness professional’) heading out for a run in cute jogging shorts and a matching tee, as opposed to any old baggy gear.
As shallow as it may sound, if I know I look good, I’m guaranteed to walk that little bit faster, run that little bit longer, and Zumba that little bit harder. Which ultimately helps me achieve my fitness goals faster, so if you think about it, looking good when you exercise really is a win-win situation, right?
But it’s not only about looking good. It’s also about feeling comfortable during your exercise session (trust me, there’s nothing worse than a wedgie mid-lunge, or chaffing during a long run).
The Lorna Jane Excel range is perfect for the girl that wants stay comfortable and looking great while exercising. The fitness apparel in the range is not only quick drying, breathable and moisture wicking (meaning they draw sweat and moisture away from your body), but they’re also 100 per cent UV protective, shrink and fade resistant, and have a 4-way stretch for ultimate support and comfort.
The exclusive trademarked fabrics used in the Lorna Jane Excel line come in three different variants:
Classic: uses microfibre technology to create a more supportive and flattering fit. It’s thicker than its counterparts and has a matte finish so it doesn’t highlight those not-so-smooth bits.
Mesh: designed to keep you cool and dry, the lightweight and breathable mesh technology lets you workout in comfort and style. The new ‘Power Mesh’ fabric helps firm and control by flattening and smoothing trouble areas and improving posture by bringing awareness to your core.
Compression: with 8-way stretch, the high level of support reduces the build-up of lactic acid. Compression garments also aid recovery and ease muscle soreness, whilst reducing fatigue and stimulating blood circulation. Perfect for high intensity activities.
So the next time you "can't be bothered to exercise", get yourself dressed in the right gear and see what a difference it makes to your motivation levels!
