I received mine at the BH 10th birthday event. I used them a few times but I would say a routine might be required!

There is a gadget for everything! My personal opinion though is that if you think you might need kegel balls, maybe check with your doctor. The beauty of kegel exercises is that you can do them anytime, anywhere with nothing more than a little concentrated effort. But if you need help and aids, you might want to get professional advice as well just to make sure you're on the right track in dealing with your own circumstances in the most effective way..

Bravo, great informative vid. I never had babies but my PF muscles are weak. I need to think about this but they do seem rather large though

This is a great vid! I bought some balls a while back but found them too big to put it regularly (too painful!)

I did know about these and knew someone who used them, but I've just when I think about it done the kegel exercises.

After having two very large babies I had this problem and was told to do the tummy tighten and floor muscle exercise, every day even sitting in the car driving. But sadly nothing worked and I ended up having a small op to Tighten up the area,( they did not have these cleaver little items around then) however since then I have been fine. So don't despair folks there is usually help on hand and don't be shy in seeking help, we are all the same after all.

I was very tempted to grab one in the recent Rewards Room as they sound like a real 2 for 1 deal, toning and pleasure, and who doesn’t want to enjoy exercise?!

I own the We-Vibe Bloom mentioned above, plus the plain Kegel balls (not Fun Factory brand) & a pair of smaller Ben Wah balls. I can't go about my regular business, go upstairs or go for a walk with them in - any movement at all makes me climax. I definitely can't go for an hour!
Great, informative review, Deb!
